The protection and security of personal information is a high priority for us. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the rules of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Below we will inform you what data will be collected and for what purpose.

  1. Collection and processing of data

Every access to our website and the provided file will be logged, but cannot be associated to an individual person. Those data contain for example browser type and version, used operating system, referrer URL(previously visited websites), IP-address of the accessing computer, date and time of query and the file query of the client (file name and URL). Those data will be only collected for statistical purposes and will not be passed on to third parties for neither commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Personal data will only be collected and processed if you provide them voluntarily for the purpose of job applications or using the contact form. You can withdraw your permission to the storage of your personal data at any time in writing, e.g. by mail or fax, as far as there are nor requirements to the storage in connection with a business transaction. Your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless required by legal regulations.

Within the scope of our application procedure we collect the information necessary for the application procedure.
Due to security reasons we send you a confirmation by email after you have applied for a job with us.

By posting your application you agree to be contacted and informed within the course of the application process in writing or by phone. Please note that your data will not be stored anonymously, but will be accessible to the human resource department and the respective departments of the [bu:st] group relevant for the offered position home and abroad. We select the most suitable applicants regardless of race, ethnic background, gender, religion or ideology, physical disability, age or sexual identity. We do not need any information about you not exploitable according to the German Equal Treatment Act or any other national or international regulations concerning equal treatment. Please do not provide or pass on confidential internal information or even company secrets of your previous or present employer.

  1. Security of data

In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties, your personal data will be secured by taking all technical and organizational security measures. In case of sending highly sensitive data or information, it is recommended to send them by letter because the full data security via e-mail or the contact form cannot be guaranteed.

5. Information concerning Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a website analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called””cookies””, text files that are stored on your computer to analyze your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is sent to and stored at a Google server in the U.S.A.
