Over 400 ideas were generated by the workshop participants.
The Solution
[bu:st] USA planned and facilitated an initial workshop using the method “World Café”.
The 400 ideas generated were organized and categorized into 4 pillars.
The Result
[bu:st] USA summarized ideas, created a report, and presented the information to the Chamber leadership team.
Planned to implement a 2nd workshop, with the goal of prioritizing and deciding which ideas move forward. Planned and facilitated by using the method of “Planning Poker” (with the use of Fibonacci cards).
