Can I apply proactively?

Will I receive a confirmation for the receipt of my application?

Yes, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt as soon as we receive your application. If you do not receive one, please contact us immediately at career@bu-st.com

How does the recruitment process work?

The preselection will be based on the application documents. We usually plan two interviews. In the second interview we perform a role-play (assessment). Further information about the application process can be found here.

Will my application be kept confidential?

Yes, of course. Please inform us if we are only allowed to call you at certain times of the day.

Can I withdraw my application?

Yes, you can withdraw your application at any time. Please send us an e-mail to career@bu-st.com

What format should my resume be in?

In your resume you should include your education and your career. Any gaps in your resume should be explained (e.g. studies abroad, application phases, parental leave ...). Certainly we are also interested in your language and computer skills as well as your hobbies and any other relevant information about yourself.

How far in advance should I apply?

Ideally you apply for any positions 3-6 months before your desired start date.

How should I apply?

Please apply online by using our application form. This shortens the processing time (and thus your waiting time).

Which documents should I attach to my application?

Your application include a cover letter, your CV/resume plus other information regarding your career history.

When will I get a response to my application?

The processing time depends on the job position and the number of applications received. We will inform you as soon as possible. Usually you will get an answer within 2-3 weeks.

What happens to my personal information?

Your personal data will be used exclusively for recruitment purposes. We comply with the Federal Data Protection Act.

What should the cover letter look like?

One of the most important documents of your application is the cover letter. Here you tell us why you want to work for us and why we should hire you. You don’t need to rephrase your resume, but get us interested in you.Why should we get to know you personally? Make us curious!

Do I have to send all the certificates?

Please include the most important certificates and references (at least the most recent job reference). If we need further references or information, we will contact you.
